Presenting Year One of Air Studio’s Evidence Based Architecture at Hurtigpraksis.
Air Studio got to present their practice for architecture students from all over Scandinavia. Here they got to know more about the studio’s origins, design ethos and their USP through two awarded competition bids.
There is one important question to ask all these young Wildcard offices: which architecture offices has an actual claim to exist in the tide of the post-corona frugality? Air Studio was established on the basis of the necessities in real estate development, incorporating into the design a sense of financial sounding, commercial viability, self-sustained programming, low maintenance etc. More importantly - Air aims at the highest resolution that one can achieve through the combination of analysis and architecture. Hurtigpraksis, is a student-initiated workshop for students all over Scandinavia on professional practices in the field of architecture. Air Studio were invited among other esteemed S/M/L offices, among others Dark, Dronninga, Fragment, Mad, Manthey Kula, Nordic, Lala, Lund Slaatto, SLA, Snøhetta etc.
